central location, excellent room features, stylish and modern decor

The air conditioning has reported issues with strange smells and ineffective cooling!!! Poor soundproofing leaves guests disturbed by street noise and other visitors!!! Showers need maintenance for a more pleasant experience!!!

We had a special stay for five nights.

Everything was very good, including flexible staff and stunning location in omgeving voor restaurants. The room was en suite and new-fashioned, had a mini-bar, central heating, coffee and tea making equipment.

It has well-equipped rooms with fantastic breakfast, storage space, for instance. The staff are exceptionally helpful and very friendly, offer excellent services. Loved our stay here and would come here again...

The room was lovely and the location was great, just a few steps from the bus, train, and tram stations , made travel convenient. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure, although it limits warm water usage. Cleanliness and updates in the room were really good. Staff were helpful when present.

Check-in instructions were delayed, causing some confusion upon arrival.

The staff was warm and cute. The breakfast was good, with made-to-order eggs that brightened my mornings. The room was clean and cozy.

Stairs were quite steep.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the central station and about 15-20 minutes to the main pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a nice little balcony that brought in great natural light. I appreciated the self-service tea and biscuits, which added a nice touch to my stay. Just a heads up, there were a few flights of stairs, so it might be tough for those with heavy luggage.

Our room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast options were fresh and tasty. Especially Nadia! The location is perfect, close to public transport and an easy walk to attractions. Highly recommend this place!

We loved how spacious the Junior Suite was. The staff were super accommodating, great to warm up baby food in the kitchen. The location was super convenient, too, being so close to everything we needed.

My kids wished for a warmer floor, as it was too cold for them.

A great stay overall with a central location near transport options. The staff's warmth stood out, and the breakfast offerings were fresh and varied, with the delicious soup being a highlight. The warm water system in the shower is problematic, limiting pressure when set above a cold temperature. I encountered electronic cigarette use, which seemed to go against the hotel's strict no smoking policy. Despite these minor hiccups, the comfort and cleanliness of the room were great.

The bathroom offered a generous amount of space and had an excellent shower experience that was a standout feature. Although the breakfast was plentiful and included some really good options, the air conditioning system fell short, leaving the room uncomfortably cool due to its inefficiency. The setup of common dining areas created a lack of privacy that detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

Charming atmosphere, perfect if you're looking for a warm place to feel at home with family-friendly service options and good breakfast selections.
